Encore-Love is a hit with me! After I had driven my new Forester for a week, I was invited to sign up for a one-on-one session with Darla Muckley to go over all the electronic feat After I had driven my new Forester for a week, I was invited to sign up for a one-on-one session with Darla Muckley to go over all the electronic features of the car. I was asked to write down any questions, and come ready for an hour of good interchange. Darla was an excellent guide; she concentrated on what I didn't know, and clearly explained and then had me practice some of the moves to put them into muscle memory. This program is typical of Tucson Subaru's willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. It's not just a slogan—they really mean it! (and the $50 gas card is a great bonus!) More
