A really great experience My wife and I had been communicating with Trent regarding a certified Subaru Outback in stock for over a week. The car had everything we wanted and th My wife and I had been communicating with Trent regarding a certified Subaru Outback in stock for over a week. The car had everything we wanted and the color worked for us. The night before we were able to finally test drive the vehicle, it was sold. We were very upset and really let down. Trent asked if we could come in anyway and see if there was anything else that might interest us. I was very skeptical, but we came in anyway. We ended up test-driving a brand-new Outback that had identical features as the one we were interested in. In the end, it was a really great day. Trent went over and above. He really made it easy. Louie helped us through the financials and we laughed a lot as well. Overall, the dealership treated us extremely fair. We got a great price and an even better color... More

Chris knows his Subaru products! I was very pleased with my experience with Chris. Yesterday I looked at a new Outback and had a test drive. I should tell you that I haven't purchased I was very pleased with my experience with Chris. Yesterday I looked at a new Outback and had a test drive. I should tell you that I haven't purchased a new car in over 35 years and was a bit confused as the process has changed a lot over the years. Chris walked me through what was involved from the practical to the technical and explained the financial considerations. In response to a question from me, I learned that Chris has been marketing Subaru's for 17 years. I was not surprised to hear that. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Chris, you will find yourself in good hands with a very knowledgeable and experienced professional. I did not buy a new car yesterday and I was not pressured to do so...I like that! A big part of a successful large purchase like a car is the "comfort factor". If I do go with a Subaru, I'm confident that I will have a pleasant experience by trading with Chris Smith. More
