We were able to put deposit down and drive from Gilbert to Tucson on the next Saturday. When we arrived and saw the truck it was described exactly perfect, we had no surprises. Could not be happier. CJ, our salesman was great to work with, very personable. When we were in finance, which also was a great experience, Traci Roberts was awesome, CJ took the time to go to our old car, pull off some stickers that meant a lot to my wife and reapply them to her new truck! On-the-ball Service; Don't let your wife see the "loaner" First, you can't even open your door when you drive up, before a service tech is standing there ready to take down your information. If it's a repair you want to wait for, they have a cushy lounge with wifi, a bigger flat screen (I watched the Diamondbacks game) than mine, coffee, water and best of all, fresh fruit. Most recently I had the 60k service done on my 2013 Outback and a number of minor repairs that included parts they needed to order. They "loaned" me a brand new, 2016 Impreza, which I only now realize was sales strategic brilliance. The missus is seriously enamored with that sporty little roadster and its made her minivan look woefully inadequate. The service techs kept us updated on progress with the car, thoroughly explained what needed and didn't need to be done and gave us a free car wash when it was all over. Best place and folks in town. Just don't let your wife see the "loaner". More
