Great Experience A few days ago I bought from Tucson Subaru my third Subaru vehicle, a Legacy Premium. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with their Salesperson A few days ago I bought from Tucson Subaru my third Subaru vehicle, a Legacy Premium. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with their Salesperson Jack McVey. Unlike many typical high-pressure car salesmen, Jack was patient, polite and helpful in explaining the many technical features of diffrent models and options. He.acted more like an adviser or consultant than a marketing type. Although my first option, buying a car for my daughter, didn't worked out, because of Jack's knowledge of the safety features of Eyesight, which he explained in detail and convincingly, as well as good discounts I received, I ended up trading in my 3years old, plain-vanilla Outback for the Legacy Premium. I strongly recommend Tucson Subaru. And if you go there , ask for Jack! More

He gave us his business card and we left and continued our information gathering at several other car dealerships. After looking at all the other SUV's we decided to test drive three different ones. Needless to say we liked the Outback better than the other ones. What I liked about Joe was: He didn't try to pressure; he didn't slam his competitors; and he is a strait "shooter". More

If he had agreed to my fee for my autographs it would have been even better! Just kidding. One area of suggested improvement that could have safety implications.. the car had all 4 tires inflated to only about 20 lbs vs 35 lbs recommended. On the door panel it lists the recommended pressure as 240kPa 35psi... Its possible the person was trying to inflate to 24 psi. Just something to keep in mind during training. More

Our original inquiries came via the internet. Jennifer responded to our inquiries promptly and answered all our questions. As teachers, the end of the school year is always been hectic for us. Jennifer was very patient and understanding. Her follow through was excellent but we never felt pushed. She stayed with us throughout the process and helped us find the exact vehicle we wanted within the budget parameters we set. Traci did the financing paperwork and explained some additional options that were available. She was very pleasant to deal with. If our future experiences are anything like what we have experienced so far, we will be fans for life. More

Throughout the afternoon, I saw many other employees. Without an exception, every single person was friendly, polite, asked if I needed help, and had a smile on his/her face. So nice and refreshing! The grounds, the building in and out, the customer lobby (with cookies, tea, coffee, fresh fruit), all were clean and neat. There were chairs in the main lobby with nearby literature stands containing info on all their models. Easy to relax and learn a bit more about the various vehicles before seeing a sales person. All in all, a great, stress-free experience. If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, Tucson Subaru would have it. More
