I have purchased numerous vehicles and have never dealt with a salesman who was so caring from start to finish of the transaction. I am slightly technology challenged and C.J. showed patience in showing me all the bells and whistles and how to operate them in the car. He made sure I understood blue tooth hook up, navigation and all the operations of the safety features. I had been shopping for four months for this vehicle in CA. and AZ. and C. J. was the only salesman that tracked me and kept in current communication. I am pleased with my purchase and the way the transaction was handled. There were no surprises. Kevin called me to find out my needs/requirements, and made an appointment to meet me at the dealership early. He had several vehicles lined up for me to look at, as I had not yet settled on a model. I ended up choosing a Subaru Forester to test drive, and decided to purchase it. The entire process was smooth and seamless, from looking at the models on the lot, through the financing arrangements. I had a great customer service experaince w/ Tucson Subaru This month I had to purchase a new car for business and I had narrowed my search down to Subaru. I was out in California completing training for work, This month I had to purchase a new car for business and I had narrowed my search down to Subaru. I was out in California completing training for work, so I couldn't go and look at any cars in Tucson. I test drove many Subaru foresters in CA and knew that was what I wanted, I just had to find a good deal. Just out of luck I found a lightly used 2013 forester for a good price at Tucson Subaru, so I called the dealer and was directed to Sean Johnson. Sean was very personable and was not pushy like most car salesmen. Sean was very patient and always returned my calls to follow up with my many questions. When I did arrive in tucson It was a Saturday night at 7pm and Sean stayed until 1030pm till all the paper work was filled out. I really can't stand pushy salesmen and had walked out of many dealerships this month for that reason. Also, for someone that had only been working a Subaru for one month, Sean was very knowledgable on the product and was able to answer most of my questions. More
