Traci is spot on with knowledge and a great gift of humor, which is very helpful when discussing programs and paperwork. I was very impressed with the dealership, and all personnel that I saw seemed very happy to work there. All personnel that I saw were fit and trim and were very well dressed. Worth the wait! We test drove and ordered our 2016 Outback 2.5i Premium on 4 March. Took delivery on 25 April. We liked the OB on the test drive with Chris Smith, but no red OBs were available or enroute, So Chris and John worked with the Lafayette, IN factory to change the color of a dealer order car being built in April.
