He took the time to explain and demonstrate each of the many fine features of the Subaru Outback. When we went out for a test drive he had a route planned out that allowed me to experience how each of the options would work. This included steep hills, parking lots, curvy road, in town traffic and time on the freeway. Never had a more complete test drive. When my wife came to look at the car he very carefully explained each feature and option. She didn't even drive the car but said it was his careful and patient description of all the features that sold her. She has always worked in the customer service industry and in sales and her comment was "He was the best and that sold me on the vehicle". When I came to pick up the car CJ even had a bouquet of roses for me to take home to her. Definitely a five star experience beginning to end. If you are looking for a new Subaru Tucson Subaru is the place to buy and CJ is the sales person to work with!!! I am 75 years old so I speak with a lot of experience behind me. More

I test drove quite a few cars before settling on the Crosstrek, and Joe was great about explaining everything I needed to know. Joe was very personable, friendly and genuine. I worked with Louie Ascencio for the financial portion, and he was excellent as well. Very friendly, and very helpful. The thing with dealerships is that you always feel like they are trying to rip you off, but I can say without hesitation Tucson Subaru is quite the opposite. When I came in to buy the car, Ken was knowledgeable, and helpful in the negotiating process. After we had agreed on a price, it ended up being multiple days before I was ready to come back in and finish the deal, and Tucson Subaru was very accomodating in holding the car for me (after I had paid a deposit).
