Although I don't have any previous experiences to compare this one to, I would have to say overall I was pleased with the fact that it went smoother and with less hassle than anticipated. More

I've been considering a new car purchase, but I travel a lot, and it has been difficult to find the time to research the vehicles I have been considering. YouTube and car magazine reviews only go so far, you need seat time to determine how they fit for you, not through the lens of someone else... It just so happened while on a site visit to Tucson last week, I had a few hours to spare prior to my flight back east. Stopping by the dealer to compare a few cars on the way to the airport, I explained to Bob Wilson I was only there for research and wouldn't be buying, just research, and yet he was VERY happy to help; a fellow car guy! We drove a few cars, he took the time to explain the vehicles, features, and we worked to compare them. Because of Bob, my reservations are gone, my questions are answered, and I'll be buying a NEW Subaru with confidence very shortly! THANKS BOB! Tucson Subaru is a really nice shop: large diverse inventory of cars, clean, relaxed, friendly. Also, a nice service waiting area with refreshments and wifi, they even have food and water set out for your dog, how great is that... Highly recommend this place, a great shop. Seems they really understand the customer and embrace the culture that is Subaru. More

Traci was pleasant & helpful explaining paperwork & "add-ons", making this tedious & confusing process relatively simple. Kevin took time to personally introduce us to Kristen in service, who conveniently arranged for protective coating to be applied before we picked up car the next day. He even facilitated a solution when I was baffled by a mechanical/technical issue in our new Outback that I hadn't experienced in our Forester.
