I called Jack after finding a newer vehicle featured on the Tucson Subaru's website. Not only was Jack nice enough to come back to Subaru after his shift ended that Saturday afternoon. He took the time to explain the vehicle in its entirety, all without any added pressure that you might find with other Tucson dealerships. Jack along with Tim Hanson (finance) simplifies the purchase process by laying out a contract that's reasonable along with being understandable. They both worked hard to earn my business and I left Tucson Subaru with a positive experience from a respectable dealership. Joseph F More

Could have been better The sales portion of the purchase went fine, vehicle wasn't avaialble and had to be order, which was a little frustrating but not the fault of the dea The sales portion of the purchase went fine, vehicle wasn't avaialble and had to be order, which was a little frustrating but not the fault of the dealership. When the car came in the final portion could have been better. I had brought a checkbook that was out of checks so we had to do up a finance contract for the amount I had planned on writing the check for. Over the next 2 days I made efforts to contact the finance department and had none of my calls returned. I had to try 3 different finance people before I got through to someone who could answer only half of my question. After all that the individual I had been dealing with finally called me back. Everyone was smiles and handshakes until the deal was done, then it was off to the next buyer. Honestly this is typical dealership behavior, I have purchased many new cars and aside from Chapman Audi, they are all about the same, everyone is your best friend until the papers are signed or money changes hands, once you're locked in you're on your own. Trent was very easy to deal with and had he been the only person I dealt with I would probably be happier with the overall experience. I only checked yes to recommending this dealership because possibly wasn't an option. More

When it was totaled in an accident I came to town to help her through the process of buying a used car, big difference than mom and dad buying new for you. Kevin was very helpful and kind, definitely not your stereo type "used car salesman", really genuine and wanting to make it work for her within the budget she had. We never felt rushed or pressured, she got the Forester she wanted at a fair price. Equally pleasant was working with Curt to finalize everything. He explained all her options clearly and helped her make the choices she needed without trying to up-sell her on items that were not really necessary. Overall, it was a very positive experience and she loves her car, so that makes me happy. Thank you Kevin and Curt More
