Bought the car here and just had its 15000 mile service I knew I was just reaching 15,000 miles and happened to be passing by Tucson Subaru so thought I would stop and make an appointment. I spoke with Marc I knew I was just reaching 15,000 miles and happened to be passing by Tucson Subaru so thought I would stop and make an appointment. I spoke with Marcos Romero who was very nice. He said if I wanted to they could do the service right then so I did. They had a driver take me over to a restaurant where I got lunch and when I was done the wait was not much longer and everything was taken care of including a car wash. I've never had a negative experience with this dealership and highly recommend them. More

This is the 3rd purchase for my wife and my 1st purchase for me. Very positive experience, Trent explained to us everything he was doing w/ no hidden agenda. When I got back to work, just talking about the experience we had got the buzz going around the office and people interested in checking out the new car. Both employee's stayed late that Saturday night but made sure their job was complete. Thanks to our Finance Officer Curt McHenry for explaining everything to us as well. He could have sped through everything to get out of the office but he didn't. He took his time and made sure we understood everything we were getting. Management should be proud of these two gentlemen. Thanks guys. More

At first I did not want a moon roof, but when we told CJ we were birdwatchers, he showed us the advantages of the open roof -- so we both got moon roofs on our cars. We were given a great deal for buying two cars at the same time. More

They had my perfect car. Kevin u rock and an excellent example of sales professionalism and u know ur subarus! I did my research about the Impreza and knew exactly what I wanted. In walking into the dealer Kevin was friendly, promp, matter of fact, and told me the facts, no embellishment, no bait & switch!!! After the sales Tim the finance guy was professional, prompt, detailed and accurate turned an uncomfortable process into an easy comfortable situation, no confrontation. Before I left, Kevin gave me easy, detailed instructions to operating my Subaru - what other sales person has done this for me - never. ,My husband and I were in and out of this dealer in under 2.5 hours!!! We have had our share of really bad sleazy dealership experiences. We wanted to look at a Forester and decided to test the waters at Tucson Subaru. I was met by Steve Norris and we asked to look at a certain Forester, he was friendly but not pushy. We went on a test drive and again no pressure, he allowed us to decide on where we wanted to drive and what we wanted to check on the vehicle. We decided to buy the car, Steve did not play any running back and forth games with sales manager or try to sneak things past us. We were treated well at the Finance area as well. Traci was great at her job and did not push us to buy anything as we were signing the contract. She left it up to us on what we wanted with no awkward pushy moments. Whole thing took maybe an 2.5 hours start to finish. Would I recommend the dealership; YES Would I buy another vehicle there again;YES ALSO they gave my wife a dozen roses before we left. Love the dealership. We have been averaging two new cars every year and this is by far the best dealership experiance ever. Thanks Terry and Sophia More
