Walked in to just take a peek, but wanted to schedule something off the bat, I don't think I ever even had to walk inside the first time, Steve had met me, inquired about my interest, answered some initial questions, and got me ready to go with contact info for a scheduled test drive in no time flat. Didn't take long after that, Steve took great time and car providing me the answers I needed, the proper comparisons between models, and a great overview of the benefits to moving into the Subaru family. Within about a month (in what I expected to take three or four), I've been a proud Subaru owner and would hope you'll do yourself the favor and at least go to the lot, see what all the fuss is about, and why I can say I have a third soft spot in my heart for a brand of car alongside Mustang and Mazda3. More

I test drove different models, went in more than once, and dithered over what to get. I worked with Salesmen Steve Willis, Steve Norris, and Chuck McHenry. Each of them were patient, informative without being pushy, and once I made a decision, Sales Manager Terry Iseminger made sure I understood the costs, discounts (fantastic!), and associated fees. He answered my questions without pressuring me. Tim Hanson, Finance Manager, took time to go through financing options without trying to influence me, and made sure I got the best rate possible. In all, they made a scary venture pleasant. I am one happy customer. More

Nothing to fear - immediately at ease through an experienced and knowledgeable staff from John to Steve to Traci. Their presentation was clear, concise and straight forward. Alternatives and options were offered willingly and I had a sense of fair dealing that led to the lease of a 2015 Legacy. I hope I am now off on the next fourteen years without having to get a new car but if that is not the case I will head right back down to Tucson Subaru. More

I want speed and agility in my cars, and the Forester Premium 2.0 XT was a happy surprise to me. CJ was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Forester . We have never owned a Subaru before, so he basically taught us how not only to get the maximum fuel efficiency but also to use the built-in sport performance features to have a lot of fun with it. In the past, the car buying experience has been the equivalent of a root canal in terms of pain, especially the way your time is often wasted by inexperienced sales and financial people. CJ quickly demonstrated that he knows his product inside and out, He worked with us to get the deal that we wanted and, recognizing our concerns about the time it takes to complete the buying process, he very efficiently organized all the aspects, and communicated with the other team members to finish the deal as quickly as possible. CJ is an excellent salesperson who is also skilled at customer service- in my past experiences a rare combination. I recommend him highly! Louie Ascencio worked with us to complete the financial paperwork very quickly. He was also very efficient and friendly, a most welcome combination for a financial person, and he did not try to hard-sell us on extras that we did not want. That was a relief! The car was ready within 5 minutes after the paperwork was completed and CJ got us up and ready to go, including setting up our cell phones, and showing us more of the controls, in about 10 minutes. I felt like this test drive really highlighted the features and safety of the vehicle and I did not go home wondering about the capabilities of my new vehicle. The process of of going through the paperwork was easy and I felt that there was no pressure or rush to get into a car. It was ultimately all left in my hands to decide and when the numbers worked for me I was able to easily - with no hassle - able to drive home in a new car. CJ and Traci made this experience positive from start to finish and I really appreciate them. Due to the great experience I had joining the Subaru family I look forward to being a return customer and do not have any fears/concerns with the ability of this team in taking care of my vehicle and potential purchases in the future.
