A nice touch when you're getting ready to purchase a new vehicle. Edgar introduced my wife and me to Jennifer, in finance, and the positive experience continued. It was time to trade in my 2004 Subaru Outback that I had driven for 20 years. Edgar listened to my concerns about letting go of the familiar and stepping into a new technologically advanced vehicle, (compared to what I was driving). Edgar patiently explained the different models of cars, the benefits of each and how they would suit my needs. In summary, Edgar is an asset to your company. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and so much more than a "sales consultant." He is professional at all times, listens to the customer, and repeats the information as often as necessary. Undervalued trade by $6K according to KBB Trade In Value. Vehicle is pristine. Pencil presented was dramatically out of line with National Ads by Subaru. In short, it was a great experience. CJ listened to how I planned to use the vehicle, and he suggested the right model for me. The price and trade-in negotiations were painless. He kept me up to date on the car's delivery schedule. He even offered to drive and deliver the car to my house across town (there was a problem unlocking my credit report, which delayed taking delivery for a day)! Then he spent quite a bit of time taking me on a test drive and explaining all the car's aspects. He showed me around the dealership- especially the service department and introduced me to the service advisors. He explained about the maintenance appointments and the free services. Also Jennifer set me up with an extended maintenance contract. Whenever I had a question, I would send CJ a text, and within minutes (sometimes less) he would answer. He really knows his stuff. So, after meeting with CJ, Jennifer and the service people, it feels like this is a wonderful dealership. I'm really glad I bought my car here! Oh yeah, the car is a lot of fun to drive. More
