She had the car that I was interested in purchasing pulled up to the door with the air conditioning running when I arrived for my appointment. Tracy made the financing part of the experience the best I have ever encountered. I returned after the purchase of my new-to-me car about a week later, and I interacted with many people, including Layla and Tracy again. Everyone was happy to answer my questions. I am quite pleased with my purchase and being a part of Tucson Subaru now. More

Tucson Subaru was great, before we signed the contract. Less than 48 hours later had an issue with the car, we were stranded out of town, and when we reached out to Tucson Subaru, the service rep Nico, sai Less than 48 hours later had an issue with the car, we were stranded out of town, and when we reached out to Tucson Subaru, the service rep Nico, said & I quote “you can’t prove it was our issue, you figure it out” and then hung up. I spoke with Sylvia Kounts, who again was friendly as can be until we needed help, and when we were directed to Service manager Scott Greg, he instructed his service rep Nico, to tell us he was too busy to deal with our problem. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Past experiences buying vehicles had me dreading the thought of buying a new one, but working with Jack (sales) and Ethan (finance) on the purchase of our new Outback was a pleasure. There was no pressure to take on more vehicle than we needed. Jack was able to explain all the important features and took time to demonstrate them throughout the process. He's the real deal when it comes to working with a genuinely nice person (who just happens to sell cars ;-)). Both individuals were respectful of our time and appeared to do their best to streamline the process. More
