Knowing Tucson Subaru has a fine reputation, I was hoping for a somewhat different experience than the typical car buying. However, it was pretty much the same. Arnie was extremely easy to work with, however for a somewhat different experience than the typical car buying. However, it was pretty much the same. Arnie was extremely easy to work with, however there was a lot that could’ve been explained about the Prius that we were on our own. Also, the trade in value of our former auto was much lower than I believe it should have been. Which resulted in us spending a significant more than we had planned to. It’s a good thing that we really like the car. I still would recommend Tucson Subaru as a place to go to purchase a vehicle. More

Facilities are beautiful. It was 109deg. out, wish there were more models IN showroom. Everyone was pleasant, but no one could satisfactorily answer all my EV questions (with It was 109deg. out, wish there were more models IN showroom. Hate the pushy finance/extended warranty bit; we are about to hand you a check for $50k, and you still want more! If your cars are reliable and customer service great, why should we gamble on our new vehicle breaking down? More
