Outstanding sales experience! Mike Habib was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were looking at used Subaru Outbacks and Mike was quick to point out the Subaru qualit Mike Habib was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were looking at used Subaru Outbacks and Mike was quick to point out the Subaru quality review on used vehicles and suggested a test drive. We were convinced but asked about getting a new one. Mike said it'd take about three months if we ordered a new one. My wife and I were debating the merits of one of the used cars when Mike said they had just received a shipment of new outbacks. He also stated that 2 0f 4 were already sold. He asked if we wanted to see one. We did and hit the "Goldilocks" of new cars. Mike explained the process but though it took some time, the finance office was pleasant and we were on our way soon. Mike gave us a thankyoo card and followed up the next day to see how things were going. I definitely would recommend Tucson Subaru and Mike Habib.especially their outstanding sales person More

Car ran over a traffic cone and all the dash lights came on, took it to the Subaru service department and they ran a diagnostic and said that it would cost $2000 dollars to fix the vehicle, WHAT?. So I too on, took it to the Subaru service department and they ran a diagnostic and said that it would cost $2000 dollars to fix the vehicle, WHAT?. So I took the vehicle to a professional and they reset the computer on the car for free and have not had a problem since but hey at least the Subaru dealership got to steal $169 from me for a diagnostics check the was completely useless. Use caution when going to the service department at the Subaru dealership in Tucson Arizona they will rip you off when they can and if you complain its oh well what can we say. More
