Professional, no-pressure sales by CJ Nichols and finance guy Curt McHenry. We felt taken care of, but definitely not taken advantage of. We didn't need to haggle over our trade in. CJ had Kelly Blue Book's guy Curt McHenry. We felt taken care of, but definitely not taken advantage of. We didn't need to haggle over our trade in. This is my second time buying an Outback from Tucson Subaru. The people are always super friendly and very kind/personable. I always feel welcome when I arrive. It's not often to find such professionalism in a place of business anymore, but Tucson Subaru goes beyond the norm. I also want to say that my experience with Ken Murch was excellent. I am very glad Kevin Gribble was his replacement for me. Very professional, thoroughly explained things, patient, kind and he seemed to really like my dog too. People like him and Jennifer Duran will make me always want to return to this dealership. More

Mike was the best car salesman I have ever had. He was knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy and made me feel at ease making such a major purchase.
