Clean, Lots of employees; took from 9am to 130. My financing wasn't good enough so I had to wait for them to pitch me on their financing and they were not in a hurry to do it. We were treated fairly and courteously by our salesperson and finance person. Our timeline to purchase kept on being extended and our salesperson kept us informed of available vehicles in stock and alerted and finance person. I think Subaru is on track with the Love Encore program! I learned a lot about my Crosstrek and feel much more comfortable with all the buttons and settings!
