It is a very difficult time to buy a car. I contacted the dealer in November about buying a new Crosstrek but there were no 2021 models left and 2022 models could not yet be ordered. I was willing to wait so the dealership contacted me the moment an order could be placed for a 2022. I placed it immediately and managed to get the model and color I wanted, although it wouldn't be in until February. The dealership kept me informed every step of the way and I took delivery on Feb 10. At one point I did look at buying a different car from a different dealer. They wanted a $3500 market differential. Tucson Subaru refused to play such games. They were thorough and professional and I'm completely pleased with the service (and the car) I got. More

In past, I've had some difficult experiences dealing with car salesman. Monica, on the other hand...what a breath of fresh air.
