Yesterday was truly amazing. We showed up without an appointment hoping to see the Ascent we were looking forward to see. Ken took time to get us to see the vehicles, take a test drive and make our dec appointment hoping to see the Ascent we were looking forward to see. Ken took time to get us to see the vehicles, take a test drive and make our decision. All without any pressure that we had gotten use to at other dealerships. In a matter of a few hours they were able to do all the paperwork. They took a just arrived new vehicle, did all the normal things to get it ready for delivery and presented us our new SUV in record time. This is an amazing dealership. All the employees were courteous and friendly. Extremely efficient at their jobs and a true pleasure to deal with. Could not ask for more from a car dealership. Thank you all! More
