Monica went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my car in for a leaking tire and Bluetooth connectivity issues. Came to find out that not only was the sidewall ruined, but the other 3 tires were ju my car in for a leaking tire and Bluetooth connectivity issues. Came to find out that not only was the sidewall ruined, but the other 3 tires were just about worn to their limit. On top of that, I needed a brand new head unit to address the Bluetooth issue (quoted at $1.1k). Monica immediately went to work and was able to not only implement my tire warranty so I only had to pay for 3 of the 4 tires, but she was also fought to get my head unit replaced for free! Unlike previous visits to dealerships, Monica proactively reached out to me after every single update versus me calling after a few days of silence trying to figure out what’s going on (typical in my experience with automobile servicing at the dealership). I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. More

In 2016, Karen and I bought a Forester from Tucson Subaru. We had a positive experience both with Kevin McDougall and the dealership (especially with the follow up servicing). The car has been great. We returned to Kevin for his expertise at evaluating whether an Ascent was right for a second car based on our needs. We looked at comparable cars at other dealerships but felt drawn back to Kevin and Tucson Subaru. After we chose a beautiful Blue Limited Ascent and while it was parked in front of the building (for us to make a final determination about it) the three of us were amazed to see the car framed perfectly under a spectacular rainbow (it had just rained). The American flag in the parking lot appeared to be sitting on top of the rainbow! We immediately snapped a picture (available on request) of this unique and, to say the least, unexpected moment. What a positive sign "from above" that indeed this was the right choice for us....Unbelievable! (We were sure Kevin arranged that remarkable happening.) My only complaint was that at the conclusion of the transaction I didn't get a bouquet of roses as did Karen for her Forester. All I got was a measly tube of blue touch up paint (which I am holding in the attached picture). Kevin consoled me... assuring me that this was a more practical gift. He's the best! More

I took my wife's Forester in for service. While I was there I saw used F-250 with a sale price that caught my attention. Anyway, Ken Murch was easy to work with and I ended up buying the truck. I was quite pleased with the Tucson Subaru buying experience. I came in through the internet with a request for information and out the door pricing on two equally equipped Subaru Models (Forester an experience. The Internet salesman, Sean Johnson, responded to all my requests. The cars looked like they met my requirements and the prices fell inline with TrueCar prices. So, I had the Sean show me everything about both models and I drove them. Very nice cars! A few days later I drove both cars at night to satisfy my need to verify the center console displays did not distract the driver They didn't. All my interaction to the final sale was through Sean and there was quite a lot of it about the final signing details. Sean was very pleasant to deal with and fully knowledgeable. Tucson Subaru has a smooth operation that is easy on the customer. More
