My 2012 Outback had been broadsided and had been completely totaled in an accident just three days earlier. The air bags inflated just as the advertisements said that it would do.and protected my husband who was driving the car. I knew that I wanted another Subaru Outback. I met Kevin Gribble in the lobby. He patiently answered all of my questions, set up a new Outback test drive for me, demonstrated exceptional job knowledge, helped me meet with Traci (Finance Manger) to set up financing details and even drove my New Outback to my home for me that night! We had an excellent experience with this dealership. Mike Habib was a good match for us. After arranging for a test drive, he knew we wanted to buy the new Outback Limited as it was userfriendly. It had a front hood to give you a frame of reference for parking. We first purchase a new LEXUS RX350. The bells and whistles were over the top. There is no visible front end and parking becomes guesswork. We gave it back to the dealer. This dealership gave me $1,000 more in trade for my 2016 Forrester than KBB had estimated as a trade-in. I have 110 miles on it and I love the car. It is a brown color and that is rare for a Subaru of any model. More

I can not say enough good things about Tucson Subaru- especially the exceptional experience I had with Kevin Gribble (sales) and Jennifer Duran (finance). I have gone through a recent life change that is especially the exceptional experience I had with Kevin Gribble (sales) and Jennifer Duran (finance). I have gone through a recent life change that is challenging and Kevin was not only friendly and professional but supportive and patient. He took the time to explain the cars to me as I have never bought a car on my own and wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted. He helped me understand what was what, answered all of my questions, helped me with my insurance, had Jennifer assist me in finance (who was also amazing and answered all of my questions and helped me understand what coverage I needed) - not once did I feel pressured or rushed or out of my element. It was actually amazing - such a fantastic first car buying experience. Also the dealership in general is sparkling clean and everyone was super friendly. Lastly I am in LOVE with my new car! I just want to drive everywhere now! Kevin also helped me figure out the bells and whistles since my old vehicle is a 2004. Thanks Kevin and and Jennifer for such exceptional service! More

Oil change was unbelievably slow. Was told 1 to 1.5 hours at the time I made my appointment. 1.5 hours "or less" when I arrived and when I inquired after 1.5 hours was told it would be another 10 minut hours at the time I made my appointment. 1.5 hours "or less" when I arrived and when I inquired after 1.5 hours was told it would be another 10 minutes. Turned out to be another 20 minutes. Moreover, after I'd left, I found that my displays had been changed and it took me an extra hour and a phone call to get them reset. More
