Trent guided me towards the model I thought would best serve my needs. He kept me appraised of shipping and delivery, and ensured it was ready when I got into town. He walked my wife and I through all the new gadgets, bells and whistles that I was not familiar with from my 2017 Outback. What else can a customer expect than to be treated fair and square? More

This is how an auto Dealership ought to Operate!! In over 60 years of buying or leasing autos and trucks I have never had a better interaction at all levels than I had at Tucson Subaru. Baron, our sales associate, knew more about the Outback we were looking to purchase than any sales person I have ever dealt with at any other past dealerships I have visited. He explained the car and its features inside and out, spent more time with us than one could reasonably expect and exerted no pressure whatsoever. Our initial encounter was more like an education session than a sales pitch. He followed up by phone and email later the same day. When we picked up our new Subaru, I was short of time, but he gave me a brief tutorial and we're scheduled for a more lengthy one after the Holiday. Tony, his Manager, again, unlike many I have dealt with in the past, actually acted as though he sincerely wanted to satisfy our wishes and followed up twice to thank us for our visits and to solicit any questions or concerns we had going through the process. Jennifer explained purchase and vehicle coverage options available and completed the necessary lease forms--an equally competent, delightful, and helpful young woman. She, too, took as much time as we needed, explained the different options available, and did not exert the type of annoying pressure I have frequently encountered at other dealerships in the past. In summary, this dealership has managed to make vehicle purchasing as pleasant as possible, with competent and friendly staff, great follow-up, and the kind of customer service we encounter too seldom. This was the best car buying experience we have had and Mike was very professional and accomodating to our needs. No anxiety, no worries, and no pressure.
