Robert was super friendly and quick to respond to emails, He was able to order me the exact Forester I wanted and was incredibly knowledgable and helpful when it came to teaching me how to use all the features and technology like adaptive cruise control and lane change assist. I appreciated his patience and willingness to walk me through everything twice to make sure I understood what I was buying and how to use it. The only complaint I have is that it took around 3.5 hours for me to pick up my car despite having an appointment, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time! More

He did not push me one way or another, just presented facts and options in a clear manner, and helped me get the best vehicle for me. The price negotiation was quick and painless! Louie was pleasant, organized, and got me through the financing of my vehicle in record time! I even have a hint of what type of continuing service I will receive from this dealership. I noticed a slight cosmetic issue when I got the car home. I called Ken, brought the car in the next day, and within 20 minutes the issue was solved completely to my satisfaction. Worked with me on AC repair I discovered 2 weeks ago that my AC had stopped working. They discovered the compressor needed to be replaced. They waived the total cost stating that I discovered 2 weeks ago that my AC had stopped working. They discovered the compressor needed to be replaced. They waived the total cost stating that I had “always had my car serviced regularly and I took good care of my car.” They also discovered the differential needed servicing and I was happy to I was happy to agree to that service charge. The AC is working better than before! The service department has taken care of my Crosstrek since I bought it in 2013. The staff is efficient and skilled. They have always advised me about what has to be taken care of outside of the routine service tasks and I have never been disappointed by their recommendations..They are patient, polite, and trustworthy—which is a credit to their Service Director Scott Gregg. The tire was replaced - no charge. Service department employee, Jesse Friedman was friendly, professional and helpful. He submitted the necessary paperwork to have the tire replaced at no cost and I was on my way to a previously scheduled appointment. More
