This was the most pleasant, hassle free experience of buying a car ever! I had high expectations going into the Tucson Subaru dealership. Earlier in the week, a friend had told me of her great experience buying a car ever! I had high expectations going into the Tucson Subaru dealership. Earlier in the week, a friend had told me of her great experience buying a car and gave sales representative Mike Henry a glowing review. During my first visit, Mike took time to listen to my priorities and helped me identify the model and features the best fit my needs. I then visited Toyota and Honda show rooms. Only one of the four representatives of those dealerships was helpful and well informed about the features of their cars and how they met my needs. After test driving three vehicles it was clear that the Forester was the best car for me. Price negotiation was swift and straightforward. It was a pleasure to meet again with Mike as he efficiently explained essential features of the vehicle and answered all my questions. Finance manager Curt McHenry was also highly competent and efficient in explaining the many necessary licensing documents and additional service/coverage options.
