I already knew I wanted a Mazda, it was just a matter of determining which exact mo My initial impression was excellent. I went into test drive a car. I already knew I wanted a Mazda, it was just a matter of determining which exact model. The sales person wasn't pushy, helped with getting me the information I needed, allowing me to make the right decision. THEN - I went online, contacted a half dozen dealers in the area to get quotes to lease for the exact model. Some of the dealers where great, others not so much. The sales person I initially dealt with didn't answer my question, and kept deflecting it to "come in and we'll talk." It wasn't until Omar (the internet sales person), that we got answers. Omar is amazing. He not only answered the exact request for the quote, he provided additional information making the this dealer the obvious choice. From that point through finalizing the paperwork Omar was excellent. For us, while we wanted a good price for the car, we wanted a sales person who listened to our request and answered them directly. Omar is that person. HIGHLY recommend Omar and the OC Mazda Dealership. More

Tustin Mazda Costco Program Purchase I was shopping for a car for my daughter. I hate the car shopping experience so I wanted to make sure that this next go around was as hassle free as I was shopping for a car for my daughter. I hate the car shopping experience so I wanted to make sure that this next go around was as hassle free as possible. My daughter was interested in a Mazda 3 so I got pre-approved at my credit union and participated in the Costco auto buying program. Chance Asue was the salesperson and he was very pleasant with me and my daughter, especially during the test drive. He did not pressure us at all and gave us all of the time we needed to decide. He clearly explained the Costco program and presented to me what I thought was a fair price. Unlike my last experience which took 7 hours, the purchase took only 2 and a half hours with most importantly, without the hassle and games. Coincidently, my son purchased a car at this dealership last year with a positive experience. I do recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Mazda or other used vehicles. More
