My first day test driving I meet Evan and Ian, pretty awesome they were both able to help me with all of my questions. I had to come back later in the day with my wife and meet with the other one ( not sure which) the full team worked to help me on a few separate occasions with my new leaf I then finished working with Dan who was the expert in all things leaf as well. He was stressed, overworked and I overheard his complaints to other colleagues. Another rep had to jump in otherwise I wouldn't be helped. Why did I schedule service ? I spent money for an inspection where they also did nothing I called the number posted on their wall for the service manager and line doesn't work. Sounds like a badly organized and poorly managed shop. Last time I'll be in this Nissan dealership. Nissan brand now a bad reputation with me. More

I bought my first LEAF from Connor and it was a great experience. He was patient and attentive and never pushy. He answered all questions I had about a LEAF and I had a lot since I had driven a Subaru fo experience. He was patient and attentive and never pushy. Six months later when I decided I wanted more battery range, I went straight back to Connor and bought another one, trading in my first one. He was very helpful with the trade, and even moved over my granddaughter’s car seat. Good man to work with. More
