Tynan's Nissan Aurora

I brought my 2013 Nissan Rogue in for a transmission problem . I worked with Brian Laatsch in the service department on my initial visit. The transmission was looked at and it was determined that it needed to be replaced. The vehicle was still under my Nissan pre-owned warranty and it was fixed in March 2019. I got a loaner vehicle - and not major issues with that loaner. I thought that Brian did an excellent job at keeping me up to date on the repairs during the several days my car was in the service department. Brian was very good at allowing several Nissan rewards coupons to be used - which helped with some of the expenses. I also had new front brakes and rotars installed, and oil change and tire rotation, and coolant flush done. My total bill at the end was nearly $600. I have honestly had a so-so experience with some of the service advisors at Tynans over the last several years. Not always a great experience - and generally brought my car to another repair shop for service since 2015. I knew I had to bring this transmission issue to Tynans since that is where my extended warrant was purchased. I was very satisfied with Brian's assistance and advice. He did not fight me on xxxxxxxxx items that other service advisors would - like not allowing coupons or creating new rules on how to use them. Brian was professional and communicated with me constantly during the process. I may begin bringing my Nissan back to Tyans given Brian's excellent help. The Rogue is driving good now, and hope I never need a new transmission again. Please tell Brian that I truly appreciate his good will and customer service. This is the type of service advisor that will bring old time customers back. Thank you Brian Chris More

Wonderful Customer Service I traveled to Aurora CO to witness my son make his fir st major purchase on a vehicle and actually walked in to Tynan’s on 3/22/2019 at 8:30pm and alt I traveled to Aurora CO to witness my son make his fir st major purchase on a vehicle and actually walked in to Tynan’s on 3/22/2019 at 8:30pm and although it was raining and extremely cold outside Sales Consultant Mr. Connor Moran offered to allow my son to test drive a 2018 Nissan Rogue and during the test drive I apologized for coming in so late and he explained to me that Tynan’s don’t close until the last customer leaves and I can’t tell you how important that was to me because they are truly all about the customer and the experience, and when you’re spending that kind of money you want to feel valued and we were given that terrific experience.My son completed his paperwork and we returned on 3/23 met with their wonderful Finance guy Mr. Jose Castaneda who presented my son with a great offer 👍🏾 and Conner handed my son the key to his new vehicle. I usually don’t take the time to submit reviews but as a mom I appreciate the care and concern that was given to my son.
