I had a 7am appointment for an oil change, upon arrival at 650am I had to wait in my car which is no problem. I ask the worker for prices on oil change and he told me depends between 35-60 dollars but that at 650am I had to wait in my car which is no problem. But andre shows up to his cubicle at 715 then instead of getting to work he is on his cell phone not acknowledging the customer, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Then to make make matters worst he tells me the oil change is 90 bucks out the door. That is ridiculous for a Hyundai it’s not a truck that would take 8 quarts of full synthetic oil. I ask if there dealership would honor a coupon from another local competitor Hyundai dealership and he said no so basically he lost that sale. Terrible terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone. More

Over the next couple of days I looked on-line at other dealerships to see if they had a BLUE Santa Fe. I called Gillette and told him I was serious about purchasing a new Santa Fe, but it had to be blue, AWD, XRT . . . He got the Inventory manager involved and found just what I wanted over on the coast. He drove over and traded a car that dealership wanted for the one I wanted. Had my car within 24 hours.. Done deal. More
