First contact was positive. Then Customer lost time test driving car which was confirmed by dealer that it was within budget. But finally it was above. Then on a second occasion Then Customer lost time test driving car which was confirmed by dealer that it was within budget. But finally it was above. Then on a second occasion, customer comes to dealership to pick up the car after dealer confirmed wire transfer was received. But finally it wasn’t and customer came for nothing and left without car. Then dealer said she was delivering car next day at 8:30am. She delivered at 10:40am, customer had lost half work day. Basically customer always had to adjust to lack of organization, information or knowledge of dealership. More
