It is difficult to detect something like this, when you go to buy a car at a dealer, trusting that you are buying a Brand New car and not knowing where to look. Whether whoever was selling it was aware of this or not, that's not my problem as a customer. I paid for a new car and by the way 5000 dollars above its real price. Before writing this review, I gave the seller the opportunity to solve the problem, according to her, she did everything possible to help, she spoke with the service manager, who according to her, agreed that he would call me, however, nobody called me to solve the problem, after having sold a car in these conditions, words are not enough, you have to follow up, mainly from where the problem was created, which was in the sale, until the solution is found same.
