So, to start our search, at the beginning of the day I emailed 3 dealers to get a basis of our car purchase. By far Valley Honda received the best reviews and has a stellar reputation. In truth, we really didn't plan on buying a car the same day until we had the pleasure of working with Megha Thallam. This started with her full transparency in answering my question of "what will the OTD price be for a CRV Sport Touring Hybrid...". No immediate call, no "when can I get you in" but rather a straight forward answer to my inquiry. Needless to say, we didn't visit another dealership. When you know, you know and we knew. Then we met her. Gracious, humble and curious. Not words typically ascribed to sales people and this is coming from a sales person. She made it easy. After the test drive, my wife and I grabbed lunch, both agreeing Megha earned our business. Then we had the pleasure of working with Mari Frank from the Finance department. Yes you read that correctly! Mari was a pleasure to work with and made this large purchase painless and enjoyable. Now we are enjoying our new ride! Valley Honda is a remarkably busy dealership and despite the construction they continue to ensure that the sales process is amazingly easy. Fred Sims is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my many questions during the sales process and he was very transparent throughout. In addition, Fred was exceptionally wonderful during the delivery process as well. He spent extra time making sure my phone was able to connect to my new car and that I was comfortable with where all the various controls are in my new Honda since this is my first different car make in over thirty plus years! Valley honda and all staff were great. Fred Sims was great, very knowledgable and made it a quick painless process. No shady aggressive sales tactics, just a clear easy process throughout. A special thank you to Megha for the outstanding service. She was incredibly responsive and kept everything moving quickly, which made the whole process stress free. She clearly explained every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood all the details of the lease. I also had a last minute change to my lease, and Megha handled it right away. She was very accommodating and made the adjustment without any issues. On top of that, she was able to secure some really great bonuses for me, which I really appreciated. Also a big thank you to Rose in Finance. She was great to work with, very efficient, and made the paperwork quick and easy. I also appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell anything and kept everything straightforward and transparent. Overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend working with Megha and the team.
