We leased a 2021 Honda Passport. I came into Norma knowing very much what we wanted and what our budget was. We had looked at another brand and left the dealership with a poor deal and being very beat knowing very much what we wanted and what our budget was. We had looked at another brand and left the dealership with a poor deal and being very beat up over the whole process. Norma stepped in we looked at the car, confirmed it was the right choice. She tried to get me into a Pilot (which we would have liked) but it was beyond our budget so the Passport was the right fit. Vehicle was built Nov. 5th and was very clear about the timeline for the dealership to receive the car (30 days, but could be as much as 45 days). Norma picked me up this morning (because I was signing docs solo) so that I didn't have to leave a car at the dealership and go back to pick it up later. Our first leased vehicle and I was so pleased with Valley Honda and the experience. It was very clear they earned their Dealer Rating. The last Honda we purchased, we took delivery outside in the dark in a crammed parking lot - it was SO nice to have the little garage area protected from the weather where Norma and I could walk around the car before I drove off. It took time but it was one of the smoothest car buying processes I've experienced. Norma also earned our business with the service department we'll be taking both our Hondas to Valley as needed. It's a difficult market for auto sales; but even with all the pressures it was never a burden on my purchasing process. Valley Honda and I came to the table and agreed to a good & fair deal and I'm very pleased to have found a quality dealership, sales woman, and service department so close to home. More
