Fred was the first person I spoke with when looking at buying another vehicle but I will be honest and say that I then shopped around just to see different prices that were out there (pretty common of course and no knock on Fred, just had to make sure to do my homework). Every other dealership was a pain to deal with and the sales people were misleading (wouldn't give me straight answers on fees, financing questions were all answered with "come in and talk about it"). Fred was a very professional sales person and was straight forward the whole time. At the end of the day it came down to trust. I felt that I could trust Fred, that he was shooting me straight. His job is to sell of course but I didn't feel like he was ever trying to force me into anything. He provided me with the information, made his case, and relied on his professionalism, honesty, and his dealership's quality. As a fellow sales person I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone else just wanted to sell me a car. Fred wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. He also took the time to get to know my wife and even my kids.
