I contacted several dealership in the process of leasing my Ridgeline Trailsport. Most dealerships took hours to respond. Roland responded within minutes. He was not only fast, but he disclosed all the info my Ridgeline Trailsport. Most dealerships took hours to respond. Roland responded within minutes. He was not only fast, but he disclosed all the information I requested (without asking me to come into the dealership to "discuss the details"), and he beat everyone's price with no haggling.
