Hugo Perez (Sales Consultant) provided us with wonderful Customer Service. I recently bought a RAV4-PHEV that is made by Toyota in Japan. What stood out the most was his incredible dedication. He contin Customer Service. I recently bought a RAV4-PHEV that is made by Toyota in Japan. What stood out the most was his incredible dedication. He continuously updated us on our PHEV that had to come from Japan to ensure everything went smoothly, never making us feel rushed. I had a lease car that had to be returned back; therefore we had a tight schedule to meet to move RAV4-PHEV. Also we needed a specific color for our vehicle, there for a challenge in today supply chain environment. To top it off, he managed to get our car completely ready and delivered it ahead of our original schedule. If you want a stress-free, efficient, and genuinely supportive car-buying experience, ask for Hugo Perez. I would give him 10/10 and highly recommend him. More

Jim McArdle was friendly, well informed about the car I wanted. He answered all my questions, no matter how picky I was about details like how certain models came only in certain colors. After we bought our Grand Highlander, Jim kept us informed about its progress from the manufacturer to Ventura Toyota.
