There was no pressure, no hassles, and no price gouging. I compared prices and this dealership ranked at the top. Of course it is important to have my new Prius serviced at the dealership, so I was hoping the service department would be as good as the sales department. It was even better than than I could imagine, especially compared to service departments I had seen in the past 30 to 40 years of car ownership. This quality of service has been consistent for three times so far. I hope it will be this good for many years to come! More
