Jose and Sam sell a car to an old man Easy going salespeople. Jose was very knowledgeable of the features of the Prius which was cool as this car is packed with technology, I test drove an Easy going salespeople. Jose was very knowledgeable of the features of the Prius which was cool as this car is packed with technology, I test drove an awesome 2015 Prius and fell in love with it. Jose also provided the 2015 Corolla for test drive and it was nice too. The Prius gets my vote slam dunk!!!! With gas prices falling and opting for the Prius I'm paying less than a nickel a mile. It all boils down to freedom! Awesome car and Jose and Sam worked the deal to get an affordable payment on the Prius I wanted. Way to go guys! More

Found a great deal! I found the used vehicle I purchased through cars.com and once I submitted a request for information, KP made contact with me very quickly via phone, I found the used vehicle I purchased through cars.com and once I submitted a request for information, KP made contact with me very quickly via phone, text, and email. I appreciated the multiple ways to get in touch with him and he was always very prompt with follow-up to any questions. The negotiation process was straight-forward and I felt KP and his manager met my needs and I know I was able to get a great value for the car. When it came to "checking out" and going over paper work with Johnny from finance, this was the only part of my experience that could have been improved. He was quick and efficient at helping us get through all the paper work (while explaining it all was clearly) which was great. However, once we declined the extended warranty options his demeanor changed and I felt like we were being chastised and talked to like we were stupid. I noticed he didn't seem to look at us in the eyes anymore and he honestly seemed to lose respect for us, even though we just spent a hefty sum with his dealership. More

Professional and Friendly Service I got a special internet price for a Prius, although Ventura Toyota is not a part of the network; KP was able to get me the deal over e-mail and phone I got a special internet price for a Prius, although Ventura Toyota is not a part of the network; KP was able to get me the deal over e-mail and phone without having to drive down there. Once there, KP was friendly and patient going over the details. After sale, KP spend a generous amount of time going over the operation of the vehicle so we can feel comfortable operating it. Lee the finance guy is also super efficient. Overall, this is the best experience purchasing a car in my lifetime. I highly recommend KP and Ventura Toyota. More

The Marvelous Mr. Luis Martinez I took my mom to get a new car at my favorite dealership, Ventura Toyota. I bought 3 cars from them in the past, love their service department and hav I took my mom to get a new car at my favorite dealership, Ventura Toyota. I bought 3 cars from them in the past, love their service department and have recommended them to friends and relatives for years. Luis Martinez was no pressure, fun like an old friend, informative, flexible, made us feel like he cared and made my mom very comfortable (which isn't easy). While we were finishing my mom's transaction, he checked out my rotten loan on my car (from another dealer) and made me an offer I could not refuse. A couple days later I came back to get my new car from Luis. To top it off, he had a sandwich and drink waiting for me knowing that I had a very long weekend on the road. Ventura Toyota has all around excellent customer service and Luis is the personification of it. Rock on Mr. Marrrrrrrrrrrtinez! (All the personnel we dealt with were fantastic.) More
