Service was performed quickly once the needed part arrived at Vera. However I find it hard to believe that a less than 1 year old fancy Escalade ESV with 14,000 miles should have a defective part that arrived at Vera. However I find it hard to believe that a less than 1 year old fancy Escalade ESV with 14,000 miles should have a defective part that brings gas to the engine. I took a week+ get the part. More

My car was at the dealership and my amazing service guy was Gio who is the best hands down 100 stars. My extended warranty only approved fir one day of rental when I already had the car for 3 days. I called Gio and was so upset that they took more than a day to approve the total cost of rental. Gio went to Gus and discussed my situation also with my financial responsibility on my side; everything worked out amazing love you guys More
