Chris and his manager were very informative and kept me updated on the status of my rebuilt transmission. Since it took a while they were very proactive in getting me a rental car. Dropped my car off at 8:30am for service and an oil change with a tire rotation. All this was only 1 and a half hours to do. Also I forgot to mention they did a car wash, boy are they great.
