My salesperson was very sympathetic to my current condition and laid out all of the options available to me. I never felt rushed or like I was being taken advantage of. I also enjoyed the general atmosphere of the dealership. Everyone was very friendly. The 2 or 3 people I worked with were very helpful. I recommend Videon to anyone who is car shopping. More

They have a beautiful huge showroom and one of the nicest receptionists in the business. I bought my first Jeep from there last December and have since came back and bought another one, this time a Cherokee ! I have dealt with Dave Beatty on both of my purchases. He is one of the most honest and upfront salesman I have ever met and I have purchased over 20 vehicles being that I am in my mid 50's. I have referred many people to Dave and he treats them all like they are the same person. Service is great as well ! Videon will continue to get my business for all of my needs. After an automobile accident in Oct. 2013, I purchased a beautiful Jeep Black Dragon from Videon, after driving it for a little over a year, I have co After an automobile accident in Oct. 2013, I purchased a beautiful Jeep Black Dragon from Videon, after driving it for a little over a year, I have come to realize that I purchased the wrong Jeep for me, I really wanted a Jeep Rubicon, not knowing what to expect, I walked into Videon's and I was introduced to Billy O'neill, and I told him what I wanted, he listened, and told me he would work out some ideas, and get back to me, we talked back, and forth for over a week, worked out an agreeable trade value, found the Rubicon that I wanted, and worked out a deal. I was really impressed with the amount of work he put into making me happy, after negotiating the price with Billy, and working with Matthew Bonhage, to secure a good interest rate loan, the deal was done. I have to recommend this dealership, and also recommend Billy, to anyone who want's a good deal, and for anyone with unusual cicumstances, they are awesome, and will go out of there way for you. I had one great experience with Videon!!! More

I got tired of waiting on them and decided to check out Videon. In the first hour that I was there, John Martin had found the exact car that I wanted at my exact price point. I went home to talk to my wife about it that night. John called me back the next morning to say that that car had just sold, but he found me another one at an even better price in New York. John really went the extra mile in finding what I was looking for. What took weeks with a different dealer took a day with Videon. They got the car down here, I signed the paperwork and drove the car home last night, less than a week after our first conversation. John was in contact with me every step of the way, so I was never left wondering what was going on. Terrific customer service! Everyone I encountered was very easy to work with. Awesome Dealership - Only Second to their People and Service I am a "hard grader", as I have worked within a Client services industry myself for about 20 years now, so I am probably more sensitive to the level o I am a "hard grader", as I have worked within a Client services industry myself for about 20 years now, so I am probably more sensitive to the level of service (both people, process and product). I decided I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition for simple reasons - quality, weather versatility, comfort features and last but not least, attractive styling and their recently reengineered models. Obviously, I need service on the vehicle, so I looked around and picked one close to my home in Media, PA. I found a literal gem of a dealership and wanted to share to help others seeking a solid service environment. I find more times than not, it is sincerely difficult to locate a good place with the right service oriented people and a quality product etc. Videon is hands down the BEST car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with - and yes, I said pleasure. Here are some of my own personal and specific reasons: 1) I genuinely feel they respect and value me as a Customer - they are very polite and courteous 2) They treat me with fairness and focus on how to help - not try to up-sell or hassle me 3) Their facilities are clean, modern and pleasant to visit - they also have a nice waiting lounge 3) The staff are eager to offer meaningful promotions to help you save money (e.g. oil change bundles, etc.) 4) Their service department is very fast and solve issues the first time 5) Just a little factoid - I did NOT buy my Jeep Grand Cherokee there, but you would never know it with how service oriented they are to my wife and I Their Sales staff are really friendly and informative too. One time last fall, while waiting on an oil change, I was looking at the newest version of my vehicle and noticed it now came in a diesel version too. Even though I was clearly not going to buy, one of their sales folks spent upwards of 15 minutes with me to share some of the new features and also help me better understand how to determine if going diesel would be beneficial / practical or not. I thought that was great and plan with 110% certainty that I will be going to Videon for my new Cherokee when it's time to buy again. I have no reason to share this information except to praise Videon and help other consumers. What made me think to do a write up is simple - I received an email to survey their performance after a visit I had yesterday. Given 25 years of driving cars (buying / needed service for them), I realized how at home I feel with the Videon team and wanted others to know they are there. Jim listened to what i wanted and worked hard to get it done! Other dealers said i did not qualify for any incentives. Jim actually took the time to look and make sure i received all of the incentives I qualified for. It got me exactly where i needed to be for the brand new jeep grand Cherokee i wanted. I will not send any of my friends and family to another dealer again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More
