On 12/24/25 Stefan Foster helped me resolve an issue with my key fob and saved me from spending ~$600 for a new key fob. One of the plastic battery holders was broken and Stefan and fellow Service Advisor J my key fob and saved me from spending ~$600 for a new key fob. One of the plastic battery holders was broken and Stefan and fellow Service Advisor Jesse Segovia worked diligently to find a temporary solution that would allow the battery to make proper contact within the fob. They did not charge me for their efforts which was outstanding and kind of a Christmas miracle! More
