I really like this dealership. Great selection, no pressure sales people (I leave when I am pressured) My sales person was Alex Capolupo. He was excellent. From the manager I spoke to, to the salesman, to the finance employee, everyone was respectful, patient, kind, attentive to detail and making sure WE understood our purchase. Their facility is beautiful and accommodating even if you have to bring small children along. It was a wonderful experience. I personally have worked with Dale in the past (so I am rating him now because I ask for him anytime I return to browse) but he wasn't available during this visit,so we were paired with another sales rep that was very kind as well. I didnt do the shopping personally but accompanied my grandmother who is not comfortable making these decisions alone. Not only were they kind to HER but kind to her bank account by finding her the best possible deals they good!! More

Service was and is excellent. I ran into a minor electrical problem and was an hour and a half away. It was also 15 minutes prior to closing for the day. I called the Service Dept. and talked to S electrical problem and was an hour and a half away. It was also 15 minutes prior to closing for the day. I called the Service Dept. and talked to Service Advisor Gavin Faust. He gave me a phone number to call and send a couple of photos to get an idea of what he was dealing with. Turns out it was his personal cell phone. He gave me some suggestions to try and it worked. He continued to work with me while he was headed home. Gavin gave me what is the epitome of customer service and should be recognized for his above and beyond help, More
