This was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! No back and forth games was the thing we appreciated most! In addition the sales people were more than helpful in assisting us wi purchasing a car! No back and forth games was the thing we appreciated most! Also the van was cleaned perfectly, filled up completely with gas and ready for us to take home. On another note, we adopted two children with special needs. They both have Down syndrome and our son has autism in addition to the Down syndrome. The playroom available made things so much easier and made our evening enjoyable! Only got 2nd star because of service manager refund due to bate and switch pulled on me by service tech. Service tech had given me a parts price, showing me that your price was lower than auto parts store to bate and switch pulled on me by service tech. When billed, it was at much higher auto parts store price, because you didn't have part in stock. I never approved that higher price. I have always had trouble trusting dealer service departments, this really ratcheted up my distrust meter. Again, only salvation was the difference refund. And only got that because I complained. I should not have to monitor repair to be treated fairly. More
