Every time I have the oil changed, my oil change tag is never punched. Why give customers this tag when you fail to punch it so you don’t have to give a free oil change. Extremely disappointing More

Anytime you are in for service, feel free to ask your service advisor where you stand oil-change-wise, and they will be happy to look up your records and let you know how close you are to the free one and update your punch tag. Here is what we have for you right now for your 2022 Impreza (4S3GKAB6XN3611031) 3/21/23 - 3635 miles - W&L paid, 1/12/24 - 11645 miles - customer paid, 9/10/24 - 16183 miles - customer paid. So it looks like you would pay for two more, and then the one after that would be the free one. Again, we are sorry we missed your punch tag. If you have any other questions, just let us know!
