Isaac was great to deal with. When I dropped my car off Isaac was great to deal with. When I dropped my car off Friday morning they offered a loaner, which I did not need. The car was finished Saturday Isaac was great to deal with. When I dropped my car off Friday morning they offered a loaner, which I did not need. The car was finished Saturday morning and when I stopped to pick it up Saturday afternoon the door to service area was open, a light was on in the back, a radio was playing music in the service area...but no one around for me to pay. I had to wait until Monday for pick up. I understand they were working short staffed, however. Car was washed, thats always awesome! Thanks guys (and ladies) for being there and the great service! More

Everything happened as promised. Brian arrived within the scheduled time frame at my home to take my Outback to W&L for oil change and tire rotation. Great service Arrived at dealership at 9:50 AM, spoke to serviceman and car was taken into shop. He said service would take about an hour and said if I needed any a Arrived at dealership at 9:50 AM, spoke to serviceman and car was taken into shop. He said service would take about an hour and said if I needed any assistance during wait to just let him know. Car was finished and washed in under an hour.
