Very friendly staff and nice facility. I love the drive in service doors. The loaner cars are the best for our busy family. I've never had an issue with any of the work done on my vehicle. The only stressful and disappointing event was two days later. I had bought this vehicle because it was advertised capable of towing up to 3000 pounds WITH TRAILER BRAKES. When I called the service department to schedule installation of 2" receiver hitch, 7-pin wiring, and brake controller, I was told I couldn't get them and DIDN'T NEED THEM. This despite the car's manual and PA state law. This caused me a great deal of anxiety until U-Haul came to my rescue. More
