Brought car in on April 1, 2022 for an oil change, rotate tires and state inspection.. Was charged for a tire rotation when they had o take tires off to inspect car any way, plus it failed due to tires bein tires and state inspection.. Was charged for a tire rotation when they had o take tires off to inspect car any way, plus it failed due to tires being worn.. car is only a year old with 35,000 miles on it. Tires should not have worn like that. Especially since I bring the car in every 6,000 miles for oil and tire rotation. This should have been noticed before tires got very bad. Plus don't they do a alignment check when car is in for rotation? Also was told what tires we had to buy and wanted to charge $200.00 for two air filters plus labor. Tires and alignment was going to be $1,000.00 Didn't get tires or air filters replaced. Don't know IF I will return to have car serviced here again. Plus the oil change has gone up and I'm always charged shop charges for what??? Very disappointed. More
