Everything happened as promised. Brian arrived within the scheduled time frame at my home to take my Outback to W&L for oil change and tire rotation. Isaac was great to deal with. When I dropped my car off Isaac was great to deal with. When I dropped my car off Friday morning they offered a loaner, which I did not need. The car was finished Saturday morning and when I stopped to pick it up Saturday afternoon the door to service area was open, a light was on in the back, a radio was playing music in the service area...but no one around for me to pay. I had to wait until Monday for pick up. I understand they were working short staffed, however. Car was washed, thats always awesome! Thanks guys (and ladies) for being there and the great service! Great service Arrived at dealership at 9:50 AM, spoke to serviceman and car was taken into shop.
