While the customer service has been ok the repair and mixed lack of communication were horrible. Got my car back and found my rear engine mount missing a bolt and the heatshield bent into the driveshaft mixed lack of communication were horrible. “Dan” in the service department was the most awesome person to work with! My son is there doing some baseball training and after I left Clearwater Fl and came back home to North Carolina my Ford F-150 e person to work with! My car went into service on December 29th- I got it back 6 months later. I’m not even upset about having to wait for the chip. I’m furious that I had to pay for a new battery and service fee because no one 6 months later. I’m not even upset about having to wait for the chip. Conveniently for Ford there was no service manager available when I went to pick up my car and I asked to get contact information for the Ford Factory Rep. which I was refused as well. I could go on and on but why bother. You’ve lost my family as customers and any one I tell this lovely experience to. I hope they learn from my mistake of buying a Ford More
