Dropped vehicle off Tuesday morning and was told it would take 3/4 of a day to complete. Called Wednesday about the status and was informed it was completed. I asked why no one called to let me know and was take 3/4 of a day to complete. Called Wednesday about the status and was informed it was completed. I asked why no one called to let me know and was told my service advisor was out sick. Something should be in place to cover when employees are out. I then went to the cashier and was told my vehicle would be brought up. After approximately 10 minutes I had to go back in and ask about my vehicle. About 5-10 minutes later my vehicle was finally brought up. While I was waiting a Ford salesperson came outside and sat directly below the sign that asked people not to smoke within 25 feet. I would think the employees would at least follow the suggestions. More

Clean and friendly. Ok, so you want more comments. I feel that I had to wait too long for a simple repair. Replacing a rear window wiper blade assembly should not take an hour plus. Came in for oil change and tire rotation on2018 ford escape ,was treated very well by service group. SHOWED THEM PAINT PEELING ON CAR. THEY REFERED ME TO BODY SHOP. Don at the body shop took care of get escape ,was treated very well by service group. SHOWED THEM PAINT PEELING ON CAR. THEY REFERED ME TO BODY SHOP. Don at the body shop took care of getting peeling paint fixed. Went to look at new cars on lot. VERY SLIM PICKINGS.(chips)...so i searched the internet. FOUND A Ford escape sel on order at Walker Ford. WHen 5the VEHICLE WAS CHANGED TO IN TRANSIT..i called Brian Hall. He answered all of my questions. WE CAME To a fair agreement and I gave him a deposit. WAITING ON DELIVERY. BRIAN DOES AVERY GOOD JOB FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO DEAL WITH HIM....Now for the bad news Dan whendlling older gentlemen. Was very unprofessional he almost lost you a sale. HE TOLD ME THE ESCAPE HAD BEEN SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE AND HE WOULD HELP ME FIND SOMETHING..HE TOLD ME NOT TO DEAL WITH ANYONE ELSE. I left walker ford very angry with his approach.
