Don Mast was a great help, as we were on vacation and in a time crunch. He kept in touch with us and even checked in as we were on our way home,, and it was his day off!! The only complaint we have is that the team had no way to track the part we were waiting for. The part was supposed to arrive Friday, but did not arrive until late Saturday morning. This meant we did not know if we were going to have to make plans to stay longer until the part actually showed up. It seems odd to us that they were unable to track through FedEx or UPS. More

I came in to get my oil change and tires rotated. Was told and also got a email saying that it would be free for the 1st 3 changes, but it did not show up in the Ford reward points. Dan Victory and servi told and also got a email saying that it would be free for the 1st 3 changes, but it did not show up in the Ford reward points. Walker always does the job I expect but they no longer wash and vac my 2018 F150. Also, I picked a day far in advance to be in and out as quick as possible. I should have been told 1/2 the mechanics were wash and vac my 2018 F150. Also, I picked a day far in advance to be in and out as quick as possible. I've purchased 2 trucks from Walker Ford, and I still think they are the best Ford Dealer around. More
